Hourly Rate - $20.00
This is our current hourly billing rate for labor.
Service Call - $50.00
We’ll send a knowledgeable technician to your residence or business, this only covers the service call and one hour of labor. Parts and/or any additional labor are not included in the initial $50.00 charge. Labor rates there-after are $20.00 per hour.
Diagnostics - $10.00
We will determining what is wrong with the PC, if you decide that you would like us to fix the issue(s) the diagnostic fee will be waved.
Format & Reinstall - $60.00
A basic format and reinstall, anything left on the hard disk will be erased… any important information and/or documents should have a proper backup made before formating the disk. You must provide an authentic Windows Product Key for us to legally reinstall your Windows Operating System. Please bring any additional drivers and/or software that came with your PC.
Clone Hard Disk - $60.00
Cloning a hard drive is a good way to make a backup, all data on the hard disk is copied from one hard disk to another. NOTE: Any virus’s and/or corrupt files will be copied over to the new drive, this is because we are making an exact copy of the data and moving it onto the new hard drive. Cloning a hard drive is usually performed if a hard disk is starting to fail and the data is too important to loose.
Backup Files - $25.00
This is good idea for people with lots of media: mp3’s, movies, photos, etc. Important documents and/or information is the worst kind to lose… we recommend a backup at least once a year. Backups can be created on many different mediums: CD’s, DVD’s, or Hard Drive.
The first DVD+R or five CD-R’s are covered, every DVD+R there-after is an additional $5.00 charge.
Website Design - Negotiable
We charge website design labor by the hour, any additional scripting or image editing would need to be negotiated. You may fill out the “Service Form” below with the correct information and I will get back with you soon, or feel free to contact us by phone.
Networking - Negotiable

Computer Modification - Negotiable
We can modify your PC as far as your willing to take it… the sky’s the limit, well actually your pocket book is the limit. Things can get a bit expensive in the world of modding, but not everything is as expensive as it may appear. Anything from custom windows cut in the side of your rig to view all your gear, to an overclocked and water-cooled gaming rig. A lot planning is involved in modifying a PC, we strive to make our mods look professional, but more importantly work well. Above all… the customer must be happy with the end product.
